Rhonda Lore Cloutier has been in real estate since 1989 in the Ann Arbor area. She started in new construction with Cambridge Homes of Michigan. It was here she earned her title as Rookie Salesperson of the Year for the National Association of Homebuilders Midwest Region. She was an active member of the Washtenaw County Home Builder's Association.
Then she went to Wexford Homes, as their first Director of Sales and Marketing. She sold Maplewood Farms and East Horizons in Saline and Lake Forest, also in Pittsfield Township. In 1996, she joined the Charles Reinhart Company, earning their Rookie Salesperson of the Year. She was a top producer every year at Reinhart. She and her husband moved to Florida in 2003, and she stayed home with her son until he was in school then jumped back in the real estate market in 2006, going to Coldwell Banker.

Originally from Ida, Courtney Thomas has worked for the past eight years as a social Media Marketer and Real Estate Consultant for a local real estate company. Prior to her marketing career she was a nanny for two years.
Courtney enjoys being involved in her community and currently is the Junior Varsity Cheerleading Coach for John Glen High School.

After having lived in Pennsylvania, California, Tokyo, Boston, and Atlanta, Karen Watanabe now calls Michigan home. For the past 25 years she ran a business that specialized in teaching English as a second language.
She managed programs, curriculum, and taught English to engineers and doctors. Her teaching experience allows her to listen to potential clients and teach them what the local market has in store.
Karen is bilingual in Japanese. She is also active in the community and currently is the Assistant Chair of Newcomers for the University of Michigan Faculty Women’s Group. A Grosse Pointe, Michigan native, Maggie Woodcock is excited to join Charles Reinhart Company Realtors. For the past year, Maggie has worked bread baker at Little Goat Diner in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to Little Goat, she attended and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law. During this time, she worked in legal internships positions for Justice Markman at the Michigan Supreme Court and at PepsiCo.
